This is fascinating and recommended reading from one of the earlier teachers of Christian Identity. It is not easy to find works by William Potter Gale, a contemporary of Dr. Wesley Swift and Dr. Bertrand Comparet, and this is well worth the time and consideration. This piece is based on our current version of scripture as well as various lost books of the Bible, such as Enoch, and other books of antiquity. PREFACE
This is not merely a “book”, it is a story with a Biblical background which can shake the world. The simple story told in “The Faith of Our Fathers” is one that should be read by every family in America and in Western Europe. Clergymen, Attorneys at Law, Public Officials as well as young students, will obtain a better understanding of their government and the Constitution of the United States of America.
In these days of tribulation, with enemies of God all about, one is reminded of the words of Napoleon Bonaparte when he said, “Ninety five percent of winning a war is to know your enemy”. The story of this book advances Napoleon’s advice by saying, “How can you know your enemy unless you know who YOU are?”
A clergyman once said, “love your enemies”. In a discussion with other clergymen that followed, he was asked where he derived his philosophy and he replied, “The Bible, of course”. The clergyman asking him questions then said, “I will agree with the Bible, now please tell me where the Bible says to love God’s enemies?” With this question, the first clergyman was stumped. He had no answer! In another instance, a clergyman was broadcasting a radio sermon. He was preaching that Christians should love everything (even Satan). Upon reaching the “race” question he said, “All of the different races of people on earth are the same”. Later that day another clergyman telephoned the radio preacher and expressed interest in the sermon. He had a question. He asked about the statement that “all of the different races are the same”. His question was “If the races are the ‘same’, then why did you say that they are ‘different’?” With this, the clergyman who gave the sermon promptly placed his telephone receiver on the hook. He had no answer!
Those who read “The Faith of Our Fathers” will no doubt be stimulated to further
research and study. It is hoped and we pray that their findings will assist in the
accomplishments that God’s Word has prophesied. They will have “ANSWERS”! Ye
shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.

This classic book, published in 1902, is subtitled “An Analysis of the Prophecies of the Scriptures in regard to the Royal Family of Judah and the Many Nations of Israel, the Lost Ten Tribes” and is presented for more in-depth study of Anglo/Israel truth. From the Preface:
These errors so blinded us, that, in our ignorance, we even considered that the twelve apostles, whom our Lord had chosen and enlightened, were in gross error when they understood Christ and the Scriptures to teach that there was to be a literal and visible kingdom of God on the earth with the Lord as king of all the earth when that day came. We assumed that their conception of the promised kingdom, when contrasted with our own, was carnal in the extreme, and that the superiority of our conception lay in the fact that it was free from all such mortal grossness. And we really thought that this spirit of moral groveling among the apostles had reached its climax, when James, who afterward became a martyr, and his brother John, he whom the Master loved, took their mother to Christ, and had her make a request of Him for them which they did not dare make for themselves.
But, thank God, such conceptions of divine truth were only our spiritual swaddling clothes, and the daydreams of spiritual babyhood. For, as we grew in grace, and became less presumptive, the Holy Ghost lifted the veil from our mind, and illuminated the following portion of the Saviour’s reply to the request of the mother of James and John: “To sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.”
In this work we have followed the history of the two families, or kingdoms, into which the seed of Abraham were divided, through the intricate paths of their Biblical history, and the prophecies concerning them, which have thus far become history, down to the present day, without the loss of any single connecting link. We have been moved by the Holy Spirit to thus write concerning the earthly history of God’s chosen race, because so very little of it is known by the masses of our people, and yet it is the foundation upon which the entire structure of Christianity must rest.

Who really are the Scottish peoples? What is their origin? Do tradition, national
characteristics and emblems assist? Why are they such great leaders, administrators and inventors? Is there a connection between them and the ancient Biblical tribe of Judah? Why did the British Empire succeed when other Empires did not? Was it a blessing in fulfillment of prophecies such as that in Gen 12:3? Why were the Scots so influential in the Empire, way beyond their population numbers? Today book after book; article after article; universities, politicians, social workers spread lies
about the British Empire, denigrating it. What evil incites such hatred and bitterness? For it is utterly unjustified.

This is a very interesting and detailed study with some good maps and illustrations. (Note: This author does cling to the erroneous teaching that all races descended from Noah’s three sons which, in turn, comes from the equally erroneous teaching that the flood of Noah’s day was worldwide. This report, however, does contain some very useful information about the lost tribes of Israel)

Dr. Bertrand L. Comparet was born in San Diego, California. He graduated from Stanford University with Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees. He was admitted to the California Supreme Court Bar in 1926 and by the United States Supreme Court in 1956. From 1926 to 1932 he was a Deputy District Attorney in San Diego County and from 1942 to 1947 was Deputy City Attorney for the City of San Diego. After that, Dr. Comparet was in private law practice. Pastor Comparet began teaching the truths of the Word of God and the Christian faith in 1933 and continued for over 40 years.
